Introducing Ground-Up Coffee! Located at the front entrance of UTF, Ground-Up Coffee is a donation based coffee shop. This means pay what you can for your cup of Joe!
In addition to serving up coffee, Ground-Up Coffee will also offer a small market to purchase UTF products and produce.
Urban Thistle's building consists of 20,000 SF of indoor space. We are excited to help other businesses and organizations grow by providing affordable space for rent. Message us to find out if you're a good fit!

Our mission is to create food independence. We will do this by hosting a market featuring items grown and produced on site! The current market is a small corner of the coffee shop. And we offer CSA Bundles, too.
