Urban Thistle Farm is a dream cultivated by a small group of food justice warriors intent on bringing a local solution to hunger to the Casper Community.  Located in a food desert in North Casper, UTF has become a beacon of hope to the families and children fighting food insecurity. Through our food is free community garden, production garden, upcoming market and training center, Urban Thistle Farm provides a community-based solution to hunger and is an anti-poverty program.  Stop by the farm for a tour or become a volunteer making a difference in our community.
